Cancellation and refunds

Marine Flow Studio is sold only to businesses, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. These are the rules instead. They are part of the licence terms.

The trial

The 30-day trial is free and needs no card. When it ends, nothing is charged. To go on using the program, take a licence.

The monthly plan

Cancel at any time by writing to info@ardilamarine.com. The licence runs to the end of the month already paid, and the subscription does not renew. We do not refund part of a month.

The annual plan

The annual plan is paid in advance for 12 months. You may stop using it at any time, but the year is not refunded. To stop it renewing, tell us at least 30 days before the year ends.

A new price

If we change the price, we tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before it does, on either plan.

When we pay money back

• If we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same month or after you cancelled, we refund the whole mistaken charge.
• If the licence terms end a subscription with a refund of prepaid fees (Sections 4.4 and 8.4 of the Standard Terms), we refund the part of the period you had paid for and could not use.

Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from.

If a payment looks wrong

Write to info@ardilamarine.com before you dispute it with your bank: we aim to answer within one business day. Raise it within 30 days of a card payment, or before an invoice is due, as Section 3.6 of the Standard Terms asks.

Afterwards

When a licence ends, you stop using the program. Your files stay on your PC, and they are yours, with the PDF and DXF files you exported from them. Take a licence again at any time to go on editing them.
